Safety and Privacy
Safety, privacy and responsible interactions are central to every loyalty test. All requests are subject to review and may be declined or ended at any time.
Adults Only
Customers, testers and the individuals being tested must be at least 18 years old. We do not accept requests involving minors.
Public Locations Only
Interactions take place in appropriate public settings such as coffee shops, restaurants, bars, shopping areas or other populated locations. Tests may not take place inside private homes, hotel rooms, vehicles or isolated areas.
No Physical Contact
Testers do not initiate physical or sexual contact. If the person being tested attempts unwanted contact, becomes aggressive or makes the tester uncomfortable, the tester leaves immediately.
Clear Testing Boundaries
Customers select the specific behaviors they want evaluated before the interaction. Testers may not go beyond the approved plan or pressure someone after they decline an invitation or request.
No Harassment or Repeated Contact
A tester will stop when asked and will not repeatedly contact, threaten, intimidate or harass anyone. We do not provide stalking or continuous-surveillance services.
No Trespassing or Private Access
Testers may not trespass, enter restricted areas, access phones or online accounts, install tracking software, obtain passwords or search private property.
Responsible Documentation
Reports include the tester's observations and supporting material that may be lawfully obtained. Audio, video, photographs and messages are only collected or included when permitted by applicable law and platform rules.
Tester Safety
Testers may cancel or end an interaction whenever a safety concern arises. No result is more important than personal safety. Testers are never required to leave a public location with the person being tested.
Confidential Results
Customer requests and reports are treated as private and are not published as entertainment or posted publicly by the service. Customers may not use the service to threaten, harass, shame or publicly expose another person.
Request Review
We may decline requests involving violence, restraining orders, coercion, revenge, unlawful activity, disputed identity or circumstances that create an unreasonable safety risk.
Local Compliance
Availability depends on applicable state and local requirements. Where licensing or other professional authorization is required, a test will only be offered through an appropriately authorized provider.
